Interaction Framework

When designing ENABLE>SYSTEMS (E>S), our goal was to create a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution capable of being implemented for any client with incredible power & flexibility. We wanted a solution that would obviously be useful yet also be different from others. At our core we wanted to be able to capture what was is essential for any business or organisation – we called these Interactions. We created a core feature in the form of our Interaction framework providing an exceptionally large range of uses.

Overview

In general terms, an Interaction typically refers to a communication or exchange between two or more entities, where they influence or affect each other in some way. Interactions can occur in various contexts, such as social interactions between people, interactions between organisms in a biological system, or interactions between objects or systems in the physical world.

In business, an Interaction refers to the exchange or communication between individuals or entities involved in a business transaction or relationship. An interaction often involves the exchange of information, ideas, goods, services or any other form of value.

When developing ENABLE>SYSTEMS (E>S) we wanted our Interactions to be flexible, powerful & customisable to be able to flex to each clients specific needs. We are proud of what we achieved & Use Cases are vast.

When integrated with Charge Codes & Rates Cards, Interactions represent a powerful billing system. With Invoicing capabilities integrated with Interactions, Charge COdes & Rate cards to provide endless opportunities to account for time & charge clients/customers accordingly. Want to issue Invoices at the click of a button – no problems, we’ve got that as well!

When used alone, Interactions capturing time can be used for a comprehensive timesheeting & workforce capacity planning foundation.
