Forms & Survey Made Easy

When designing ENABLE>SYSTEMS (E>S) we wanted to incorporate a suite of features that are valuable for any client. The COVID pandemic re-emphasised the use of QR Codes of a globally. Now commonly accepted means for members of the public to complete forms or surveys, our team leveraged QR Codes to integrate this functionality into E>S. 

We have since created & refined a powerful Form & Survey framework for non-authenticated users (of E>S) to be able to complete forms & surveys via QR codes, URL or hyperlinks with data stored safely & securely within the relevant E>S module.

Overview

In discussions with clients we collaboratively wanted a convenient way to capture data within ENABLE>SYSTEMS (E>S), for a variety of reasons (known as Use Cases), from members of the public, or in other words, people who were not authenticated E>S users.

Our team developed what we call Public Forms or Public Surveys, as it is a lot easier than saying non-authenticated user forms/surveys. Our Public Forms/Surveys provide incredible flexibility when it comes to being able to capture data or information from basically anyone.

Accessible via url, links or QR codes, our Public Forms/Surveys are limited by only your imagination. Examples are list to the right yet again this only represents a small list of possible examples.
