TENANT-SUBTENANT FRAMEWORK
We believe ENABLE>SYSTEMS (E>S) is unique for a variety of different reasons, yet our Tenant-Subtenant Mode we believe is rather special. Our Tenant/Subtenant Mode is perfectly suited for a larger number of business/organisation models, including, yet not limited to; businesses with Head Office & satellite offices, franchise-franchisee business model, organisations with centralised shared services & branches, religious organisations, charities or many other options.
TENANT MODES
Tenant-Subtenant Options
When first designed, our goal was to create a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution capable of being implemented for any client. Like most other SaaS solutions, in our early years, we were faced with the challenges of how do we ensure the confidentiality & security of data & information for non-standard ENABLE>SYSTEM (E>S) implementations.
We created a powerful framework to successfully manage non-standard implementations which we believe makes E>S uniquely special.
Overview
After working closely with clients in our early years, we first conceptualised, then subsequently designed & developed E>S’s powerful & flexible Tenant-Subtenant Mode.
Tenant-Subtenant Mode leverages our Tenant-Subtenant framework & provides module features & functionality for Subtenants as governed or controlled by the Tenant.
The Tenant retains access (although this can also be controlled, or limited, by our Permissions Framework) to the entire E>S implementation including Subtenant portals & their respective data & information.
The Subtenant/s however only have access to the data & information associated with the modules as authorised by the Tenant.
In today’s society, all businesses & organisations have security & confidentiality front of mind. Restricting access to data, information & documents is critical for successful implementations of many software or SaaS solutions.
The E>S Tenant-Subtenant Mode supports these business & organisational goals. Additionally, our comprehensive Audit-logging, Permissions Framework, User Groups & other controls provide flexibility & the ability to customise our framework to suit many different business or organisation operating models.
Tenant-Subtenant Examples
The practical application of our Tenant-Subtenant Framework is very diverse. Some examples include, yet not limited to, the following:

The Satellite Office can retain Admin access to their branch portal to control which of their specific staff they grant access. Alternatively, this can be also controlled by Head Office based on business needs
Head Office-Store Model
- Head Office (Tenant) – describes policies, procedures, documents, standard forms, etc & retains overview access to Office level data

Franchisor-Franchisee Model
- Franchisor – shares policies, procedures, documents, standard forms, etc & retains overview access to Franchisee data
- Franchisee – secure & confidential information specific to their business. Franchisee retains Admin access to their Franchise portal to control which of their staff they grant access
Head Office-Branch Model

Archdiocese-Parishes
